Advent: Repent and be changed
Advent is a time of waiting and preparation for the coming of Emmanuel. It is also a season of penitence. The words of Isaiah and Mary’s Magnificat make Advent more than a season of anticipation. It is also about our need to repent and be transformed. Advent calls us to respond to the change and challenge the Messiah brings.
